This disperser is also called high shear mobile intermittent pneumatic stirring mixing machine. It is a double-shaft type, double-cylinder compressor and the other device is asynchronous motor driven. The output of this product can be adjusted at different speeds within the range of 400-1200 times per minute. Through alternating pressure, high frequency reciprocating technology and emulsifying effect, it will have better emulsifying effect than ordinary emulsification method.
The disperser is composed of a casing, blade holder and cover with an inlet/outlet & safety plug. The blade holder is equipped with a quick-release system to avoid injury.
